4 year, $63M max offer to Hayward. Charlotte had to come strong if they really wanted him, but Utah will likely match. Should they? Is he really a max guy? If they're confident Utah will match, it's a nice PR move for Charlotte ---- "hey fans, look, we're trying to get better"
