Regulars here know I hate Jay. We had just scored. Got runners on first and second. Pitcher coming in is a left hander Matheny pulls Jay to bat Bourjas. Put the RH in to face the LH pitcher. Except that Jay is hitting .386 against LH pitching and Bourjas is hitting .196. Why trade .386 for .196 just because they bat RH if they RH bat is below the mendoza line?

It's because of that home run against Kershaw. But if Wong or Taveras have 1 bad game they get benched. MM frustrates me just as much.
