Yeah, im not sure if 10 or 25 would work as well. Im kind of caught in the middle as Im too strong for 45s but am in no way handling the 100s. I dont know if they make anything in between.
Maybe chain a 45 to a lower cable pulley and pull a light stack with it? Back to fhe stack with the cable between my legs....
