The NFL's other ideas in the works:
1. Don't sell jerseys to fans, but lease them. The fan will pay $2 every time he wears the shirt.
2. Royalty fees from any parents who name their child Tom, Aaron, or Jadeveon.
3. Charge fans by the play. Punts are 50 cents, runs are $1, and passes are $5.
4. Host all games in New York.
