You guys had step dads who treated you that way?! My God, that shit makes my blood boil. I have a step child.... the thought of merely spanking or slapping her on the wrist doesn't even cross my mind. I can't believe it crosses other people's minds.
And I have 2 daughters of my own. If my wife and I ever split and she remarried and the dude she remarried ever laid a hand on my kids.. .good God, I would beat the shit out of the ****er.
