A few nitpicks: Other characters have stayed dead besides Uncle Ben - Gwen Stacy, for example. Jean Grey is known as Phoenix, and it's not a huge surprise to see a character named Phoenix return from death more than once. And Wallflower never came back.
Otherwise, yeah. I'm giving his death two solid years before the Return of Wolverine story arc sells 200,000 copies.
