I've viewed him as the opposite: someone who rarely loses to lesser teams. If you coach 15 years of course there will be blips. Exceptions are not rules.
He's won a shit ton of games, produced some NFL talent, dramatically increased attendance and has two top-10 finishes. The last 10 years he's out done Nebraska and Notre Dame.
