You guys really have NO idea what life is like for Arrow. His posting and venting about it may annoy you, but he's earned the ****ing right, and you guys should just ignore him if it bothers you that bad. Certainly talking all this shit to him and then expecting him to just slink away is ****ing ridiculous.
