The Raiders are playing decent it's just they are being beat by teams that are just flat out better than they are .
Sparano is getting the most from this team but it is not enough, You still have to have the talent to get it done and they don't have it.

Raiders need a couple fatties on the DL, plus pass rushing DE, Corners, Safeties, WR's, and RBs.
