Grodd would just look somewhat stupid (though with the rebooted Planet of the Apes franchise maybe not) and the Rogues need several movies to build their personalities (blue collar supervillains with a somewhat congenial relationship with The Flash)

Mirror Master was the best in Animal Man.... who should get his own movie. If you've read Grant Morrison's run on Animal Man ohhh boy if they were able to pull off the whole uber-meta ending where he finds out he's a fictional comic book character and meets his author in our world, goes to comic book limbo and meets all the obsolete/cancelled characters and how they have to sacrifice Psycho Pirate via retcon/mind wipe in order to keep continuity, and then him breaking out of the panel (screen) and sees the audience
would be so epic in live action. Knowing Warner Brothers/lame ass Nolan+Snyder they would probably go with the dumb New 52 "Red vs. Green" Swamp Thing crossover storyline though
