Well if that happens, it's on Ned... One run and he's done. Hell, 2 hits and he should be done. We don't have time for him to wait until the 2nd inning to find himself and control. I suspect we're going to have enough trouble putting up runs tonight, we don't need to play down by three runs in the first.
After all, we don't swing level bats - ask Joe Buck! and we shure a hell don't bunt when the situation calls for it! So yeah, he'd be on a short leash to say the least.
