Oh my god, you literally just crossed yourself saying "Lead isn't sole proprietor" and then saying "lead is number one guy".
Second, a pay stub shows me that you're paying what you claim, it should also have some kind of employee indicator if its coming from payroll, that indicator you should then be able to cross reference in your own system to show me his/her position.
If you don't have that, then you're just a ****ing tool.
