Stole some drugs, framed a brother, killed a brother, failed at suicide, ratted some private information to someone he shouldn't have, killed a cop, shot at a bunch of CHPs, went to jail, got butt ****ed by Marilyn Manson on a daily basis, killed a Chinese dude, got humped by a bunch of Chinese dudes and was finally killed by Marilyn Manson by a shiv hidden in a book of poetry.

Chibs is our foreigner from the IRA. He's ugly but hot. Can't be killed. Jimmy O Fallon said so.
