No you do not. Above ground only, but then you have to do all of the EPA SPCP, containment, and all that bullshit.

You'd be better off to just go somewhere and prepay a ****ton of it. Above ground fuel storage is a bitch. Below ground fuel storage is just asking to be raped for ever and always.
