I would highly recommend starting your day with a workout. My wife is an insanely busy person (like works 12-16 hour days), but she works out every morning between 5:00-6:00am. If she doesn't do it then, other stuff gets in the way.
Also, if you're working from home on your computer, you might start doing little 5-minute routines here and there throughout the day as a break from your work. Pushups, squats, lunges, mobility exercises, etc... I've never liked working out like that (prefer to just hit it hard for 30 minutes and be done), but I know a lot of people who have success with that way.
