There is a casino just down the freeway from me. A few years ago (I think they still do this) they had a deal going where you'd register and get what was basically a loadable credit/debit card that only worked there. You could use it to pay at the machines. Of course it was an attempt to get you to go through more money than you wanted to, but the selling point was that you could load it with however much you were willing to lose and then stop when you hit zero. When you first signed up they'd give you a five dollar credit. There was a...lady...who was exchanging blowjobs for the cards loaded with the five dollar credit.
