This class was for me to get up to speed on Lync 2013, which we plan to migrate to later this year (we may wait for the next version, Skype for Business). I'm the system architect that will be responsible for designing the architecture for the upgrade.
Braincase was a great instructor. We didn't make the Chiefsplanet connection until the 3rd day of training. I met him once several years ago at a planet gathering. The first day I thought he looked familiar. I even wondered if it was Braincase but felt stupid asking him that in case I was wrong.

The persistent chat rooms were a pretty cool upgrade from 2010 > 2013.
