Back to the future was a blockbuster, iconic movie with a really unique, complicated plotline. Teen wolf was just pure entertainment. I get if it's not everyone's cup of tea, but even the biggest critics know this is a classic movie... Not a lot you can criticize about it. It more a matter of taste if you think it's one of the best of all time.
