Fuller it out after this year and isn't even really recruiting much of anyone. Fulford hasn't shown any ability to connect with players beyond his Huntington connections, and even then, he hasn't made any real inroads with the elite players from that program.
Brad Loos never elevated himself beyond a DII assistant before Anderson took him to Columbia.
In all honesty, the staff itself is shaping up horribly.
