We had medical in 96. My friends don't want full blown legal because their medicine will then be taxed and subjected to government cameras and rf tags. It's been OK here for a while.

Desalinization is ridiculous. I live in the part of OC where we recycle our poop water. We can do twice as much for a third (not turd) of the price.

Isn't all water recycled at some point?
