Marinate a tougher cut of steak (flank/skirt) in Italian dressing in a gallon bag for 3-5 hours. Cross cut with a knife about every 1/4 inch about an 1/8 inch deep on both sides before you put it in. The acid in the dressing will make any steak's texture like filet mignon by breaking down the protein.
