Re: college hoops. The biggest issue with both hoops and football is length of games. Hoops should be 2 hours max, now it's 2.5 with the stupid TO and endless reviews. College football should be 3 hours max now it's 3.5-4 without a running clock. College students can't sit still for even 5 min so their seats continue to empty. No wonder why.
