Cuban is an ass. He's basically complaining that he doesn't like the NBA's farm system.
It isn't the NCAA or a college coaches responsibility to train players for the NBA. If he's that concerned about it, he should get his league to allow high schoolers to enter the draft and set up a real farm system/minor league/D-league.
