Bourjas can do the same thing without the top arm. But with better speed.
Big difference in the upside that I see if both stay at .250 or below is that Heyward can possibly hit 20 HR's consistently in a year. And he does seem to have a higher ceiling.
Heyward just needs to relax. I don't see him being a .300/20/100 guy but with his defense he can be a great addition to our team after this year if he can just do .280/15/75
