I think O.City is right - these guys have no idea what a pitcher's move is. It's why they're getting bad jumps on SB attempts and now getting picked off. I really feel like they need to spend time just watching pitchers movements. Maybe then they'll be able to recognize them and as such, get better jumps AND get picked off less.
You can't just tell your team 'go run, guys' and then neglect the intricacies that would help them be successful at it.
