Shot them a couple times. Very fun but impractical for self defense in my opinion. I don’t think they make any hollow point ammo and high velocity and deep penetration. The only reason I would know of buying one for self defense is there’s a round good for piercing bullet proof vests because of it’s speed and pointy, small impact area. Pretty sure it’s restricted to law dogs too. Unless you don’t mind spending the money a LR22 would give you about the same experience for a lot less money. I’d take a 9mm for CCW any day. They do have a hollow point actually. The armor piercing is at the bottom:
