Trevor Rosenthal won't pitch in Tuesday night's All-Star Game due to soreness in his right arm.
Rosenthal struggled in his last two appearances before the All-Star break and then came away with some discomfort after a throwing session Monday in Cincinnati. It doesn't sound like anything to be overly concerned about yet. The break comes at a good time for the 25-year-old flamethrower, who boasts a 1.49 ERA and 26 saves in 42 1/3 total innings this season.
