It's far more likely that Sanchez will be an elite NFL QB and that Dorsey will thrive in a 4-3 than it is that the Chiefs move to the 3-4 and Cassel will work out great.
Whew. Okay. I can sleep at night knowing my CP reputation is safe! I was kind of wrong about the 3-4 transition, but at least I don't look stupid!
