If I'm Clark, then I'm telling my GM we need to show some signs of progress by the end of the season. If nothing, then Reid has to go. Unless Smith makes a miraculous turnaround, he's going with him. Dorsey I feel like should be safe, but they definitely need to be put on notice that we aren't going to be in 'wait and see' mode for 2 more years.
