Dayton was far from a genius when he started. Trey Hillman was a ****ing disaster, as were Yuniesky Betancourt, Mike Jacbos, Jose Guillen, Ryan Shealy, Kyle Davies and Ross Gload. But he learned from his mistakes and got better at his job.
Hopefully the same thing happens with John Dorsey and the Chiefs. However, we will never win with Andy.
