Real nice of them. It would have been amazing to end that magical 2014 run with a WS win, but it made this season fantastic. Knowing how close we got and how much better this team was than a year ago. Dayton knew it too.
The Mets won't recover from this the way we did. I don't know if they even make the playoffs.
