With the exception of places in town where a person needs to be in the left lane because it splits that way and one needs to be in the left lane or if in town during rush hour... a person or should NEVER be in the left lane unless they are passing. When you are done passing get back in the right lane unless you are coming up on more slow cars on the right AND no one is over taking you in the left lane. If they are, get out of the way.
If you are the worlds pace car or worse yet a left lane dick that speeds up when you try to pass on the right, you should die by falling down an elevator shaft falling into a pile of flaming aids needles after contracting gonorrhea from Dan Marino.
