It would be awesome if someone had a drone and flew over a congested HWY and filmed the stupid shit people did while driving then have the local news play a loop with this video, include the drivers name and address, play by play of how their piss poor driving is impacting everyone around them, especially at rush hour.

When you sit in traffic for an extra hour and a half 3 times a week because some dumbass was on the phone, not paying attention and crashes in to some one else, show the replay. Then charge the MFer for the thousands of people stuck in the tidal wave of traffic behind them, lost hourly rates as well as burned fuel and wear and tear on their vehicles.

I hate stupid drivers, but drive a company truck and cant respond to the stupid shit I see everyday from incompetent drivers. I seriously cant wait until we have self driving cars. That bumper to bumper 1.5 hour 32 mile commute home everynight will be down to 30 minutes. I love driving but will gladly give it up if it saves me 5 - 10 hours a week in commuting.

This thread could bullet point a thousand examples of piss poor driving ability, but know this, if people are always getting pissed off at you on the road, your the problem and should take a good hard look at how YOU are driving.

This is part of the problem. People think they can go as fast as they want in this lane. It is a passing lane not a racing lane. I have no issues with people going over the speed limit but when someone is riding peoples asses going to fast for the vehicle they are in that is when there is a problem. 80 in a porsche is not the same as 80 in a truck with an 6 inch lift and 35 inch tires.
