I don't understand why, with a fresh set of downs, we rush through that sequence and call a sideways pass to save a timeout, and then when the play has its predictable result, waste a down rushing through another play to avoid a time out, and then just end up throwing it away.
If Andy just would have called the time out they could have called that series rationally and taken three shots at the end zone. Instead we only throw the ball over the goal line once.
