It's possible the team is even worse than a season ago. I don't think any player on this year's squad is as good as J3 or Teki.
That should be the ultimate nail in the coffin, and anyone still preaching for patience with this guy (and yeah, there are some) should be made to watch that segment on a loop for about 8 hours straights.
He's completely overmatched and unequipped to be the head guy at a D1 school. The only thing he's equipped to be at the D1 level is what Steve Shields does for him ... basically, manage game type stuff.
No wonder Norm Stewart's teams went to shit in the mid-to-late 90s, with Mr. Personality Kim Anderson as the lead assistant.
