Setting aside my disdain for Talib, has anyone ever bragged about intentionally committing a personal foul before? I'm wondering if there's any precedent for the league discipline of such a thing. And you would think that talking about it in a Super Bowl would draw a much stiffer penalty.
If I was a betting man, I'd bet on four games. It seems like it would be longer than the eye poke given that it's a subsequent offense. I wouldn't mind seeing 8 or 16 games, though, to protect the safety of players who aren't criminals.
