If I was a betting man, I'd bet on four games. It seems like it would be longer than the eye poke given that it's a subsequent offense. I wouldn't mind seeing 8 or 16 games, though, to protect the safety of players who aren't criminals.

After deflategate, I doubt the the Commish is going to do anything unless he has an email from the owners asking him to do it.
We'll see, but given what he did, and it being a repeat offense, four games isn't enough IMO.
