Yeah, I actually agree with this. If you have no chance to start a drive (after a kickoff) anywhere beyond the 25, you prevent a lot of late game drama from even getting started.
RE: the personal foul change -- Does anyone know how many players, in let's say the last 25 years, have actually received 2 personal fouls in a game? Other than Burfict and OBJ, I can't recall many others. After those two incidents, I am all for this rule change but I saw Sherman crying about it and was really wondering why it would even be an issue for him.
