and they always try to find a reason to not cover anything/everything...
hell they sold a guy a warranty and 6 months later when the 5.4 3 valve blew they told him the previous owner had the same warranty and complained of an engine tick no one could figure out so they werent covering it due to pre-existing conditions, but they didnt tell him that when taking his money for a full warranty...
