Cool. Let's say we draft Alexander in rd 1. Then the depth chart is?
1. Peters
2. Alexander
3. Gaines
4. Nelson
5. Cooper
Now maybe the top 3 stay healthy all year. Maybe Nelson turns out to be something. Do we really want to rely on that? and could we really feel comfortable with the talent in this depth chart?
I can definitely see a reason to not draft a CB in rd 1 and rd 2.. but that's how I felt the value played out in the draft listed in the OP. I was really hoping that Sterling Shepard would have fallen 4 more spots to the KC pick at 59.
Does anyone know or like much about WR Jordan Payton that I drafted in rd 4? I really like him, and think he can be that safe and solid #2 if somehow Conley doesn't step up.
