I'd fire that scout immediately.
Jalen Ramsey is a proven commodity as a free safety and showed just enough juice at CB in 2015 that he is getting some serious consideration there. While I think Ramsey struggled a bit much on the boundary for my personal tastes, and would keep him at FS where he could be All-Pro, that doesn't mean teams agree with me.
TJ Green is a one-year flash-in-the pan that didn't exactly wow at free safety and is seen as more of a height-weight-speed project. The very fact that Green is getting any "consideration" as a first round prospect at CB is alarming to me. It's not that I don't think Green
can do it, its more that he's likely going to take a year or two on the bench. I'm not an incredibly huge fan of having to sit 1st round picks unless they are a QB.
