Yes I think the Kyle Brady pick really solidified years ago that future GM's will no longer be making draft picks and that the fan base will now call the shots.

And to your point, the fan base was screaming for Sanchez(bust) they were screaming for Geno in the first but got him in the 2nd(bust). That's the downside of being a GM in a huge fishbowl obnoxious fanbase market. The fanbase knows more than the GM
