We didn't use a first on him because dipshit has a hard on for that pick he lost. So for the next two years he's a backup, then we get 2 whole years out of him before contract time. Sounds a lot like the way we hamstrung ourself with Hudson, no? And worst of all, that last year is a contract drive so you don't even know if you can trust it because of my third point....
Fat guys with motor issues are shitty gambles - period. Spare me the 'coulda been a top 15 pick' shit because you hear that about literally 50 players every year. Shit, we heard it with Donald Stephenson. It's PR garbage. He coulda gone higher if he wasn't ****ing lazy....but alas he was ****ing lazy. I will never trust paying this guy especially when he'll have two years as a starter amd the last was probably a money drive.
Everything about this draft has been poor and it looks like Dorsey got off on his press clippings. He sat still and the guy he wanted fell to him last year....didn't this year. He got away with a character risk last year and was lauded for it - most guys don't get away with character gambles that frequently.
Dorsey though he had this shit figured out, IMO and thus far the lack of planning and effort is all over this draft.
It's a shit draft borne of a poor approach, recklessness and arrogance.

Jaye Howard and Justin Houston had motor issues.
Dee Ford was lauded as a non-stop motor player.
