This is completely going against my thoughts from earlier this season, but I think it's almost a necessity to try Duffy back in the rotation. Chris Young and Medlen are disasters.

I'd go with:
Kennedy
Volquez
Ventura
Duffy
Gee

What do we have to lose at this point? Young and Medlen are auto L's right now.
