Incorrect. Peyton Manning would make literally any GM look good. Peyton Manning sold the key free agents the Donks have had to come there, not Elway.
I'd argue Dorsey has been a FAR better GM when you look at what he was dealing with in trying to overhaul a roster that went 2-14 the year before his arrival.
