That's some impressive revisionist history. Of course, we had dozens of recruiting experts who followed them all year and on all the postseason games, and not one - not one - rated Embiid anywhere near Wiggins. As for pro scouts: At no point during their FR season did Wiggins fall any lower than #2 prospect and nearly every mock draft all year, he was #1.
Embiid has substantial potential but acting like he was the next Olajuwon or Ewing is laughable. He had terrible foul and turnover #s at KU. His physical measurables are fairly similar to Jahlil Okafor who isn't exactly the 2nd coming.
