He threw a 99 fastball on the black knee high like he was throwing batting practice. Easy delivery and threw 3 101 mph fastballs in the first inning. Curve ball looks to be a 12/6 level. Fastball/curve is good enough for a closer.
He can work on his control and change up off the mound in St. Louis. But, that article in STL said that he has never pitched more than 109 innings in a year. If we are going to ask him to start in 2017, he needs to get his innings up this year.

He isn't consistent enough yet, his stuff is great, but moving up to St Louis now would be bigger risk than reward. We need him to be a can't miss starter. let him continue at Memphis at least until September call ups and even then low leverage situations to begin.
