Kennedy has fine peripherals but for the HR rate. Man alive this guy gives up the dinger. 26 in 109IP, at the biggest park in MLB. (Edit: only 8 were hit in KC, dampening his #s a lot)
By comparison Shiels gave up 20 and 23 his two seasons here, 228 and 227 IP respectively. Ironically they rate #88 and #87 out of 93 qualifiers in FIP this year.
