Charles carries a $7 million base salary with no cap hit if he's cut. So essentially he's due zero guaranteed dollars this year.
Really, he should probably just hang out with Berry to ensure that he doesn't get hurt and then cut. Charles needs to worry about Charles and make a business decision. No sense in joining his team and I'm sure all his teammates agree.
