We'll see, but I think Streater's veteran status will win ties. The way they used him last week almost suggested that they're comfortable with the knowledge they have on him and instead wanted him out there with Murray to give him a solid target to throw to.
If Streater were really in some kind of roster competition, they'd have at least had him out there with Foles. So either he's getting cut outright, or he's already established himself as the 3/4 and they were just looking to get Murray some time with an established veteran WR (while simultaneously giving Hill a shot with the 2s).
Hill's looking like a camp warrior as well. Won't go forward on returns and isn't getting nearly the space he was said to be getting once he's facing full defenses instead of just picking on CBs 1 on 1.
This has been an odd year for camp reports. I don't know that I think any of them have been worth the bandwidth at this point. I guess we'll find out when the lights come on in week 1 but so far, it looks like a whole lot of fluff.

I disagree. I think Hill's route running has looked good and he's done a good job of catching the ball when he's had the opportunity. Would've had a TD is Foles didn't lead him out of bounds against the Seahawks, and he also would've beat Sherman for the 1st on the pass that Foles was late and high on.
Also, I can't remember if it was Paylor, but somebody that has been at camp said they haven't been using Hill like they were in practice, and they believed they were hiding him a bit. No gadget plays or deep balls yet.
